Description

COMCAT Groups 1-3 Catering Appliances, as the titles suggest provides for what you’ll need to know in order to safely install, service and repair commercial ranges, water boilers (pressure and expansion types) and deep fat & pressure fryers.

This assessment package usually follows our Commercial Catering Training day and is usually completed in 1-1.5 days.
